Nazzaro-Grampp manages strategic projects focused on business process
redesign, revenue development and diversification, financial growth
strategies, and talent management. Her strategic and implementation
skills leverage extensive knowledge of the philanthropic sector
and small and mid-size business needs. She also brings experience
as a corporate attorney focused on the formation and financing of
emerging technology companies, as well as counseling emerging companies
with respect to mergers and acquisitions, strategic relationships,
and general corporate matters.
Ms. Nazzaro-Grampp has led collaborative initiatives for clients
that resulted in a rapid expansion of core services with marginal
cost increase, thereby decreasing the ratio of overhead versus operational
costs.
As part of a business process redesign engagement, she increased
organizational capacity and streamlined project management to increase
revenue by over $1.5M within one year.
Ms. Nazzaro-Grampp worked with a client to identify and successfully
acquire awards from USAID and the Department of State resulting
in revenue in excess of $1.5M to $3M per year, since 2006.
She has helped to negotiate memoranda of understanding between
strategic partners that included compensation structures, duration
of commitment, reporting structure, measurement methodology and
goals, and communication structure. These agreements were later
used to settle an accountability dispute and avoid a costly legal
process.
As an attorney, Ms. Nazzaro-Grampp advised clients in relation
to strategic planning matters on substantive issues including corporate
law, technology spinout options, employment matters, and compensation
and incentive plans. She represented entrepreneurs' companies and
venture capital firms to draft and negotiate multiple private equity
financing transactions and corporate transactions. In addition,
she has represented clients through successful merger and acquisition
processes, including a reverse merger and buyout for over $100M.
